NTLP are pleased to announce details of their training course for delivery in March 2015. Customer Service Level 5 “through English as a Second Language” This course is custom designed to enhance the employment prospects in customer service foreign citizens or those from ethnic minorities. Participants will gain skills and understanding to provide a high level of customer service in the workplace. The course is designed to engage participants in good practice in customer service appropriate to the individual customer, group or organisation. As participants they require a unique blend of experience as well to achieve success in their role within this service sector. As a Customer Service Representative Participants will understand their role by reacting positively to customer needs and to handling customer complaints successfully.
